Ali is Al Mahara's most friendly and hospitable PADI Divemaster in Abu Dhabi. You will find him entertaining divers and  snorkellers with adventurous of his diving trips in around Abu Dhabi waters.

Alistair is Al Mahara Diving Center volunteer team guy and a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer teaching since 2000. He also holds an honors degree in Horticulture and in addition has RYA Powerboat Level 2 and is a certified Bauer Compressor technician and Emergency First Response Instructor. If he's not underwater, you can find Alistair at the kayak launch points or dive boats greeting everyone with a smile.

Kathleen is a PADI Course Director and has been actively teaching since 1996. She holds a Bacholors of Agricultural Science from Canada and in addition has RYA Powerboat Level 2 and is a certified Bauer compressor technician and Emergency First Response Instructor Trainer. You can find Kathleen training underwater or taking divers to different and exciting dive sites. Also she is actively involved in the mangrove kayaking excursions and  organising marine debris clean ups and Reef Check in Abu Dhabi.

Darren is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer from England. With plenty of PADI Specialty Instructor ratings, you can be sure to learn plenty from the most enthusiastic PADI instructor in Abu Dhabi. He also leads groups on the Mussandam overnight dhow trips, is involved in the ghost net removal exercises, marine conservation programs and will be starting the dive-caching events.

Sanjay is a PADI Divemaster from Sri Lanka and is Al Mahara's kayaking guide. He is the friendly and enthusiastic guide taking you on the kayak tours whether in the beautiful scenic mangroves of Abu Dhabi or in the sea. If he's not kayaking with our guests, he will be helping divers as a divemaster and showing the under realm to venturing divers.

Lena is Al Mahara Dive Center retail and adminstrative assistant from Indonesia. She is the friendly voice and words behind the correspondances to ensure Al Mahara Dive Team meet your scuba diving, snorekelling and kayaking needs.

Arnel is the friendly boat captain and PADI Divemaster who always puts divers safety as the most important factor whilst entertaining the passengers on the boat. He is very helpful on the boat whenit comes to customer service and you will always be greeted by a smile and helping hand.

Kasun is the logistics assistant who is always friendly and helping our guests whether its kayaking or on the dive boats.

We also have a team of more then 10 professional and experienced freelance PADI and DSAT Instructors working with Al Mahara Diving Center. We are able to offer courses in many languages since the instructors come for various parts of the world. You can choose a course in English, French, German, Spanish, Thai and Cantonese.
