Delivery Policy

We deliver goods to the GCC countries. So goods may require customs inspection and may cause delay beyond our control or we may be unable to deliver the product to that couuntry.

All orders are disaptched within 6-48hours based on availability of stock from the  receipt of your order and will be delivered door to door unless the area is not covered byt he courier services.

We are using TNT delivery services or equivalent and all delivery can be tracked with an easy tracking system and reference number. Here is an estimated time of delivery.

UAE 1-2 days

Oman 1-2 days

Kuwait 1-2 days

Bahrain 1-2 days

Qatar 1-2 days

Saudi Arabia 1-4 days

In case there is any problems with your delivery, we will contact the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
